How do I drop my car off for service?
Our regular hours are 8:30-5:00 Monday through Saturday. We encourage you to use our key drop slot in the in the first overhead door before or after hours. Please leave us a note with phone numbers and call us after 8:30am.
Are your technicians certified?
All of our technicians are certified VW/AUDI nuts and only work on VW/AUDI. They eat and breath their love of VW'S - AUDI's. Everyone that works for V DEPOT has over 10 years minumum experience working on VW & AUDI. We only work on 1996 and newer models, 75% of our clientele have year 2000 and newer automobiles.
What if I can’t pick up my car before you close?
We can and frequently do handle payment arrangements over the phone so you can pick up your car when it is convenient to you.
Is it safe to leave my car at your shop before & after hours?
Yes, we have 16 internet cameras to watch over your valuable Automobile, very nosey neighbors and a safe well light parking lot.
What if I need to have my car towed to V DEPOT?
For after hours towing call our preferred towing company HTS Towing. Their phone number is 954-925-3371 they will bill us for your tow. They know where we are, and exactly what to do with your car and keys. There is no need for you to come with the car. Simply call us 954-921-1515 or leave a message on our voice mail. For the best value, try to tow your car during normal business hours and not on holidays, most tow’s cost $45-$75. You also might qualify for free towing just call us first. On most jobs over $750, we will tow your car from a Volkswagen or Audi dealer to V DEPOT for free!
Do I need an appointment?
To ensure your same day service and satisfaction, we do work by appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and welcome any emergencies or tow-ins 24 hours a day.
Do you have rental cars?

with tax the cost is about $27 a day.

will pick you up from our shop and bring you back. NOTE: Do not buy there extra insurance if you already have full coverage insurance, you are covered if you car is in a repair shop. Some of our larger services (over $750) could include a day’s free rental. Please ask us first.
Can I wait while you service my car?
You are welcome to use our waiting room for most basic services. The waiting room is very quiet and has a super clean private bathroom. Free High-speed wireless internet connection, soft drinks, and snacks. We do ask to walk outside if you are going to talk on your cell phone for a long time. We also have a outside picnic table surrounded by palm trees and beautiful native

plants.
What can I do while I am waiting for my car to be repaired?
Within 1500 feet of our shop, is Downtown Hollywood with shopping and restaurants http://www.downtownhollywood.com. The new Broward county library is within walking distance. There are many restaurants that will deliver food.
Can you perform authorized dealer warranty or recall work?
As an independent service facility, we are in no way affiliated with Volkswagen® or Audi® of
America
; therefore, factory warranty work or recalls must be performed by the franchised dealer.
Do you accept aftermarket extended service contracts or after-market warranties?
Yes, we work with all the major warranty providers and can handle the entire process for you.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your parts and services?
We are proud to provide a full 12 months or 12,000 miles on parts and labor installed and provided by us. Some wear items are excluded. Over-the-counter parts sales not installed by us are limited to the manufacturers original warranty. Used parts are warranted as stated on your invoice.
Why do you only work on Volkswagen and Audi vehicles?
By limiting the number of brands we work on, we can save you time and money. Most of the time we can tell you what is wrong without charging you for diagnosis and are able to assure you that we will have the special tools and parts required to repair or service your car in the least amount of time possible. We have over $100,000 of parts inventory at our shop for Audi® and VW® models from 1996 and up, as well as the special tools needed to install them. This simply would be impossible if we worked on all makes of cars.
